  3. Eat healthier Taking in a lot more Vitamin C can aid your body in fighting flu and infection, while also building up your immune system.
  4. Always wash your hands Handwashing is still the best way to prevent the spreading of bacteria and viruses.
  5. Keep your surroundings clean   Keep your waterways clean and cover or throw away any stagnant water that may become a breeding ground for mosquitos.
