InLife Health Care Member Referral Program

Program Mechanics

  1. Referral program period is from October 1 – December 31, 2019
  2. This program is open to all InLife Health Care members (IHC member) who are:
    • Philippine citizen or permanent resident of the Philippines;
    • Of legal age, 18 years old and above;
    • Enrolled under any of the listed InLife Health Care plans: InHealth Corporate, InHealthBiz, InHealth Persona, InHealth Prepaid
    • Not employees or accredited sales agents of InLife Health Care, their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity and any other party who are directly involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the referral program.
  3. To participate in the referral program, the IHC member must complete steps:
      • Sign up on InLife Health Care online shop as an affiliate
      • Invite potential customers to purchase by sharing his unique affiliate link. (See intsructional video below)
  4. For every successful referral, the IHC member gets a corresponding referral fee in the form of Sodexo mobile pass
    • IHC member will receive equivalent Sodexo mobile pass via the registered electronic mail within 24 hours of successful referral.
    • Below table are prepaid products, prices and corresponding fees or commissions that member would get from referrals purchased products
    • Validity of redemption is indicated on the mobile pass itself or one year from date of receipt of mobile pass

Monitoring and Claiming of Referral fee

  1. IHC member can monitor the successful transactions of his customers through his Affiliate Dashboard.
  2. Within 24 hours of successful referral, the IHC member will receive equivalent Sodexo mobile pass via the registered electronic mail.
  3. IHC member can redeem the mobile pass by simply presenting it to the Sodexo Mobile Pass Merchants or visit https://mp.sodexo.ph/merchants to know where to use the mobile pass.
