CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME

Standard check-in time is 2:00PM (Astoria Current & Astoria Palawan) and 3:00 PM (Astoria Plaza & Astoria Greenbelt) while check-out time is 12:00NN. Early arrivals may be provided with the rooms, subject to availability and applicable charges. For check-out beyond 12:00 NN to 6:00 PM, a half day charge shall be imposed based on the confirmed rate. For check-out beyond 6:00 PM, a whole day charge shall be imposed based on the confirmed rate.

RESERVATIONS

Family Plan: Two (2) children 0-11 years old and below sharing room and existing bed with parents shall be free of charge.

DEPOSIT/ PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT

Full prepayment is required upon confirmation of booking prior to guest arrival at the resort.
