Terms and Conditions

Branch Referral System: Eligible members can avail all Exclusive Discounts and Extended Benefits mentioned above at any Vision Express stores (Vision Express, Trendy by Vision Express, Eye Society, Aojo) nationwide at any time within the contract terms and conditions.

Mechanics

  1. Members that will avail of the benefits listed above must present their iCare (Insular Health Care) HMO Card and a valid government ID at Vision Express branch of their choice.
  2. Upon validation of eligibility, members can proceed with Eye & Visual Health
  3. Insular Health Care, Inc. members will choose frames and lenses and may avail their discount for their purchase.

 

Mode Of Payment:

Insular Health Care, Inc. members may avail of their perks at Vision Express stores through cash or credit card.

For instances that lenses are customized,  downpayment of 50% from the total amount must be made by the employee of the COMPANY before the OPTICAL may start processing their order. Full payment must be made upon pickup; otherwise, the OPTICAL will not release the ordered item.

Return & Replacement Policy

All factory defect and/or damages on eyewear and/or lens purchase are covered by warranty within 1 year from the date of purchase. If item is proven to be with factory/manufacturing defect, after evaluation of Store Manager, one time replacement may be allowed.

Note that the warranty does not cover change of mind, accidents, misuse and/or wear & tear.
