In 2019, iCare introduced prepaid sachet-type health plans while opening its product to e-commerce platforms to expand the accessibility of its services to a wider audience. To further the goal of better health, it also launched a health plan that specifically caters to women’s health needs, recognizing the unique healthcare needs of women in different life stages.

She’s Well plan covers laboratory and diagnostic tests for women in different life stages, addressing their unique healthcare needs and promoting gender-sensitive healthcare services. Meanwhile, iCare also offers coverage to pregnant women through the Maternity Care healthcare plan, covering pre-natal and post-natal services, as well as newborn care, which also corresponds to the U.N. Sustainable Goal of Gender Equality.
