Last May 3, 2025, Insular Health Care, Inc. (iCare) hosted its annual summer outing at Lucia’s Tagaytay in Silang, Cavite, gathering employees for a day of camaraderie, team spirit, and well-deserved celebration. Organized by the Human Resources Department in coordination with the Employee Engagement Committee, the outing is part of iCare’s continued investment in a workplace culture that values and empowers its people.
Recognized as the best affordable HMO in the Philippines, iCare continues to champion employee engagement while delivering on its promise of quality, accessible healthcare.
Operational Excellence and Team Celebration
While the majority of employees were able to attend, a dedicated group remained in the office to support iCare’s 24/7 customer care operations. This reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to both employee experience and uninterrupted service delivery, ensuring that members continue to receive the support they need at any time.
Highlighting Diversity and Excellence
A standout feature of the event was the Summer King, Summer Queen, and Summer Empress contest, a fun yet meaningful showcase of employee creativity and confidence. This year, iCare introduced the Summer Empress category in celebration of its LGBTQI+ community, reinforcing its inclusive workplace culture.
