27 Mar In Celebration of 35 Years of Excellence: iCare Recognizes Partners, Sales Force in 2026 YES Excellence Awards

Thirty-five years of excellence gathered in a single room. 

Excellence, after all, is never accidental. It is built slowly and deliberately, through persistence, discipline, and a willingness to endure the discomfort of growth. Few organizations understand this better than iCare HMO, one of the Philippines’ most trusted healthcare providers. 

On March 25, 2026, iCare held its YES Excellence Awards at the Makati Diamond Hotel, bringing together partners, stakeholders, and its sales force to recognize those who have helped shape its journey. The event forms part of iCare’s year-long celebration of its thirty-fifth anniversary, which it is marking throughout 2026, beginning with a kickoff party in January that set the tone for a milestone year. 

The annual awards program, organized by the Channel Development and Retail Sales Team led by Pedrito “‘Pedie” Antonio, has become both a celebration and a statement that progress in healthcare is a collective endeavor. 

In his address, iCare President and CEO Geronimo “Ronnie” V. Francisco reframed the role of those being honored. 

“These are not just people selling products or servicing clients,” he said. “They are building the future of this company. They are leaders, innovators, and champions of our advocacy for accessible, better health for Filipinos.”

He paused, then offered a line that lingered in the room.
