Covid-19: How can I disinfect my house?

Studies have shown that the virus can live on metal, glass or plastic for as long as nine days, so the best thing to do is to make sure to disinfect surfaces and frequently used objects.  Examples of high-touch surfaces and items like table tops, door knobs, remotes and phones.

After, rinse the item with water first before using a disinfectant, such as bleach. Remember to follow the instructions when using bleach, and don’t forget to protect your hands with gloves to avoid skin irritation!
